Portal in the woods

A long exposure light painting using steel wool at a set of stepping stones in Tollymore Forest Park Co Down Northern Ireland. This forest has been made famous by being a set for the popular TV show Game of Thrones as the King's Road on the way to Castle Black. A 2-second long exposure gives lovely light trails and a great effect on the water. The light trails give the impression of a portal into another world/dimension.
